2. Submission forms must be completed and handed in to a submission point with each of the following:

■ Submission Fees - £20 per work and £10 per student work. Please make cheques payable to "The Chichester Art Trust"
■ Gummed labels securely attached to the back of each picture giving the title of the work and sale price (inc. VAT).
■ Notification of acceptance or rejection will be posted on the website on Saturday 25th October or call 01243 513873.

2. Submission Form (3pages) download here Please complete two copies of this registration form and sign to accept the terms and conditions of entry (one for yourself as a receipt and one for the competition organisers). PLEASE NOTE: Returns dates are on page no. 2 of this download.

3. Labels (1 page) download here To be securely attached to the reverse of each picture giving the title of the work & sale price inc. VAT.

FOR CHICHESTER SUBMISSIONS (AT GOODWOOD RACECOURSE): Please bring along your completed paperwork and submission fees along with your unwrapped work on WEDNESDAY 22ND OCTOBER between 9.30am-6.00pm. No pre-registering is required for Chichester Submissions.

WHEN SUBMITTING PLEASE DON’T FORGET!

1. 2 COPIES OF THE COMPLETED & SIGNED SUBMISSION FORM (one to keep as your receipt and one for the competition organisers). The artists copy will be required for the return collection of the work.

2. THE WORK WITH LABELS SECURELY ATTACHED TO THE REARSIDE OF THE ACTUAL PICTURE (NOT THE PACKAGING)

3. THE WORK MUST BE PACKAGED FOR TRANSPORTATION – LEAVING A SMALL OPENING IN THE PACKAGING TO ENABLE US TO STICK THE SUBMISSION NUMBER ON THE BACK OF THE ACTUAL WORK, NEXT TO THE TITLE LABEL. (ONLY if submitted to a regional submission point). If the work is not packaged for transportation, the work will be rejected by the Carrier.

4. A CHEQUE MADE PAYABLE TO THE CHICHESTER ART TRUST (to include transportation costs as per submission form)
